With this certification, we hope to lead the way in RESO for new technology and give our clients first access to emerging technologies when it comes to data accuracy and transparency.

About RESO
RESO is a volunteer-driven organization that has amassed a collection of some of the greatest forward thinkers and developers in the Real Estate Industry. The cooperation between RESO Member Organizations has fostered innovation in sharing data in standardized manners. RESO certification is is the real estate industry’s seal of data excellence that ensures MLS and Technology Vendors have correctly implemented RESO data standards. It is awarded to MLSs for RESO RETS Clients/Servers and RESO Data Dictionaries that conforms to current RESO Standards and to Technology Vendors for RESO RETS Clients/Servers. In order to receive RESO certification, a technology partner must verify through independent verification an MLS systems functions must match industry standards.
