How do I get started?
Do you offer training?
Yes, lots of it. We offer a library of video training to go at your own pace or you can take a look at our Setup For Success program where we hold your hand through the process.
What ongoing support do you offer?
You get access to an amazing support team based in Boise, Idaho. You can access them Monday through Friday via phone, email, and chat. We also have a Facebook group for clients to share tips, ask and answer questions, and learn more about the Firepoint platform.
Is there a contract?
There is a 3-month contract to get started, and then month-to-month after that. You can cancel anytime after the first 3 months, with just 30 days notice.
Can I get an annual pay discount?
You bet. You can get 2 months free when you pay annually.
How much are additional users?
Firepoint scales with your business and we have volume pricing to make it easier to grow. Schedule your demo and our team can help you with pricing for more than 2 users.

Is the dialer included?

Do you offer lead generation?
Yes, our Google certified experts can manage your PPC campaigns to help drive more leads at very competitive costs. There is a 15% management fee for this optional service ($60 minimum). During your demo, you can request a cost per lead estimate for your specific areas of interest.
Is the IDX Website included?
Yes, the IDX Website is included. We integrate with your MLS and refresh data as frequently as every 15 minutes.
Can I bring my data over from another CRM?
Most CRMs allow you to export your data to a CSV file. You can either use our template sheet to format your data to be imported into Firepoint or you can use our reformatting service to do it for you. Contact us for details on reformatting service pricing.
Can I add my lender or ISA?
Yes, this is a great idea to ensure that everyone is aware of where leads are in the journey so they can play their individual parts effectively.
